The Everest region is the home of adventure and thrill-seeking and as the
world's highest marathon, this race is like no other. Starting at Everest Base
Camp in Nepal, the track will take competitors 42km over rough, icy
mountain trails to the Sherpa town of Namche Bazaar. For a guy born
and raised in Sydney's Eastern beaches, running through the snow
capped mountains might be a tall order!
